Legally.. am i suppose to get a pay check stub?

I have worked at a daycare for three years where she takes out my taxes every week. I have never once got a pay check stub. Or something that says how much taxes are taken out.

Legally am i suppose to get something that states this so I have it for my records?

It has never been an issue until recently and dealing with checks.

I live in Michigan.
I receive a W2 at the end of the year to claim taxes.

I dont have direct deposit. I have no way of back tracking old checks.

Sometimes I feel like she can jsut take out extra money if she wanted to and I would never know. It is just a small in home daycare and she write personal checks that are in her name and the daycares.
