I have read the yahoo question forums and it has helped, but one main question still looms for me. I would like to know if i can file single with 0 dependents? Im married with a working spouse. My wife makes more than me and we own a mortgage. My 1st check my federal was taking out a good percentage but since i redid the form as married and 1, it has dropped from $34 to just $11.00. My point is i rather over pay than owe anything. Any suggestions?

Me: Florida resident, i make 370 week, own a mortgage, wife make 3x more than me, i just started a job a month ago, was on unemployment.
