How would a silly almost-20-year-old go about starting an out of home bakery?

a; ask the city and county if you are permitted to do so!
b; if yes, you will at least have to get a food handler's permit
c; write a biz plan........otherwise, you are almost assured
of eating a lot of inventory
d; asap, get to the library and read 3-5 books on small biz
management/entrepreneurship
e; if you have the time, attend a semester's couse
in the same at a community college.
