How can I get a title to a foreclosed mobile home I purchased in NC?

This home was bank owned and they did not provide title. Since I paid cash it was not a problem, but if I sell it to anyone who needs financing, I'll be required to provide a title. The DMV paperwork requires the original owner to fill out the info. That's not an option.
I bought it regardless of the title issue b/c it was a good deal and I'll be using it as a rental. But when the time comes to sell it, I wantt o know how I can get the title issue resolved. The deed is filed in my name to prove ownership.
