What part time job should I do? See details?

One job pays $13 per hour, with an incentive to $15 per hour next month. 25 hours per week but it's a 30 minute drive to the location.

The other job pays $10 per hour, same hours (25) but only a 10 minute drive.

What would you do? The job that pays more is for a business developer part time job for a small business whereas the other job is as a listing assistant for a real estate residential firm.

Thoughts?

I prefer the job that is farther away not just for the pay but because I feel like I'm growing more and learning more then then just crunching numbers at a real estate firm.
