Does The user, Landlord, have multiple accounts and votes for herself or are there multiple realtors and real estate professionals that don't know a buyer can't make repairs with Va/FHA loans? It's the 1st thing a realtor learns. I've only tried to help people here for a couple of weeks but to see the top contributer be wrong about RE basics and for the rest to vote it as "best answer"... Scary, no?
