What area of sales is best to get into today?

I am a professional salesman. I will be honest, I am better as a farmer than a hunter. Great at relationship building and all of those types of things. I was very successful in the mortgage business for several years and when the company I worked for sold to a bank I moved on to an inside sales job. What I am wondering is where is the new "best" field for sales?

Mortgages were it at one time, pharmasales at one time...I know long term there are some opportunities in insurance but it takes years to build the book of business enough to make good money. I am 37 with wife and 3 kids...can't start at zero.

I know sales are cyclical and just wondering what seems to be the next wave. Thanks
