Sign up for search marketing. error "enter valid promo code" No place to put promo + don't have a promo code?

Trying to sign up for search marketing. The first page asks for solutions interested in, advertising budget, about your company, country you want to advertise in and additional company info. I filled all of that in and pressed submit. I keep getting error "please enter valid promo code" yet there is no place to insert a code and I don't have a code to insert.
