401k's are a crap investment! I don't like force! Work me to death?

I questioned my employer why they mandatory invest my money in 401k? They act like they are giving you a benefit? Bullshit! It is an easy way for my employer to NOMS! NOT OFFER ME SHIT when it comes to a retirement benefit!

Many people say invest your stuff low risk - well that sucks can actually COST ME MONEY! and you know what high risk can do! re 2008

Why don't people get OUTRAGED? Demand REAL retirement form your employers! Why?
How would I invest the money? I would have my employer DO IT in a real retirement fund like my county government employees have. There is no risk and it pays out way more!
Why is that so hard to think of and why are all you so brainwashed into thinking 401k are good?
