Huawei Mate 40 brings 3 models

Sldnug – Huawei Mate 40 is expected to be released in the near future. A new report shows three Mate 40 models along with their code names and technical model numbers.

The three devices have reportedly arrived at MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) in China. However, this documentation does not provide specifications.

The regular Mate 40 device is codenamed Ocean and carries the model number OCE-AN00. The Mate 40 Pro is codenamed Noah with the model number NOH-AN00 and the Mate 40 Pro + has the model number NOP-AN00.

The name of the code was not listed, but based on the schema of the other two, it is believed that the code name begins with the NOP.

All variants are expected to run the next Kirin 5nm processor, which is likely to be the last Kirin flagship. This is due to US sanctions blocking and paralyzing US companies from doing business with Huawei. This processor appeared as the Kirin 1000, but the newer one was called the Kirin 9000.

Previously, images of the Mate 40 circulated on the internet. This reveals some specifications. Starting with the Mate 40 Pro, it will have a more boxy display than the P40 Pro, and the dual selfie camera slots will be narrower.

The Mate 30 successor is expected to come with a 108MP main camera, and the Pro model will have a periscope camera capable of 5x zoom or 55x digital zoom.

Although some specifications have been revealed, the launch date of the Huawei Mate 40 is not yet certain. We just wait.
