Valorant Pacific Open offers 20 thousand dollars in prizes

Sldnug Cyber ​​Games Arena and Riot Games are once again hosting the Valorant Pacific Open tournament, a series of Valorant tournaments.

In this tournament, the top 10 teams advance to the final stage, after the regional open qualifiers held in July.

Teams from Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore will join six additional teams invited to compete for the remaining $ 20,000 prize pool.

The Valorant Pacific Open group stage starts on Monday, August 17, 2020. A total of 16 teams have been randomly drawn into four pools and will compete to see who progresses to the next stage.

The groups will compete in an all-out battle, with only the two best performing teams from each group advancing to the knockout round.

Last week’s team draw resulted in the following groupings:

  • Group A: MOTV, KILOISDEAD, Boom Esports and Attack All-Around
  • Group B: MORPH, Team LZ (UNRATED), Sharper Esport and ahq eSports Club
  • Group C: Only One Word, Superdomineering, TafZ and Adroit Esports
  • Group D: Attitudes of Thailand, Paper Rex, Team SMG and LEGEND

The official live stream of Valorant Pacific Open will be available to viewers around the world via Facebook, Youtube and Twitch.

The top teams will compete for the honor of being crowned and compete for a total prize pool of up to $ 20,000.
